Nestled in woodland just 5 minutes from Mawgan Porth beach, Sun Haven Holiday Park offers dog-friendly holidays and ownership opportunities for families wanting to get back to nature. We are looking for a Grounds and Maintenance Team Member to ensure everything on park is in tip-top condition.

**Pay**: £10.00 per hour

**Contract**: Both seasonal and permanent available

**Hours**: Full time and part time available

**Live In**: Not available with this role

**What will you do?**
- Planting of park planters and bedding areas, together with pruning and maintenance of plants, hedges, shrubs and trees to seasonal schedules
- Watering of hanging baskets, hayracks and summer bedding
- Ensuring park grounds. Roadways, paths, bins, bin bays and public areas are clean and free from litter and loose debris
- Assisting in the moving and siting of holiday homes
- Maintain and repair all fencing, trellis work, walls and signage, etc
- Completing daily site walks and having active guest interaction
- Completing aftersales checks and repairs as required
- Working collaboratively across the whole park team

**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for someone who has experience in carrying out grounds and maintenance tasks to a high standard. You may have planned and delivered annual routine maintenance tasks as well as general gardening tasks. You will enjoy interacting with guests and working in a customer-service environment. Most importantly you will be self-motivated and have experience of working in a team to support your colleagues to deliver. Plumbing experience would be advantageous.
