Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Deputy Scheduler to join an organisation based in Surrey on a permanent basis to assist the Scheduler in allocating appropriate operatives and subcontractors to repairs.
**Duties & Responsibilities of the Deputy Scheduler**:
- Work closely with the Scheduler to ensure efficient and effective resourcing of repair appointments and materials deliveries
- Liaise with tenants and contractors to book in works and meet contracted response times
- Allocate operatives to jobs
- Collect and collate client and tenant satisfaction feedback
**Essential Requirements of the Deputy Scheduler**:
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
- IT literate
- Full UK Driving Licence
**Desirable Requirements of the Deputy Scheduler**:
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance trades
