Our client is a premium automotive retailer who are looking for an CRM Administrator based at their Bolton centre. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the most prestigious brands in the automotive industry.
The client is a family run business who started over 110 years ago and during that time, have sold and repaired cars and bikes across multiple locations in the North West. As a CRM Administrator, you will manage an expansive database to ensure a smooth customerjourney from enquiry management through to customer satisfaction for both Sales and Aftersales customers.
In return, the CRM Administrator can expect a salary of £20,800. There's also 22 days paid annual leave which increases on length of service, Company Pension Scheme, Life Assurance, Employee Reward & Recognition Schemes, Social Events, Staff Discounts, SubsidisedCar Schemes and Employee Wellbeing Initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
Inputting and monitoring the quality of customer data on the system
Extracting information from the database to produce meaningful reports
Allocate all digital enquires to the relevant teams
Escalating any concerns or discrepancies in data with the CRM Controller
Support with various staff incentives
Skills & Requirements
Previous administration experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working towards own initiative
Able to work collaboratively within a team
