Sentinel is a tech recruitment agency, and we find game-changing IT talent for brands you know and love such as PlayStation, Apple, DeBeers, and Deliveroo. As well as our HQ in Tunbridge Wells, we have offices in London, Prague, Zurich, and the US. We’vebeen in business since 1998 and continue to have huge plans for international expansion.

After a record year, we’re investing in our training program with three new hires. We’re looking for hardworking and ambitious people who want to kickstart their sales career in an international environment offering clear paths for progression. You’ll joinour friendly team of ambitious trainees, established consultants, and industry leaders, each forging their own path, with our support.

**What does a Trainee Tech Recruiter do?**
- They develop new business relationships for their own portfolio of clients.
- They source, build relationships with, and place experienced tech talent all over Europe.
- They generate leads and market information by building and nurturing a network.
- They work independently, and with the support of our team when required.
- They work closely with their coach to master the skills required to be a successful recruiter.
