**Your Responsibilities**

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will work hard.

Along with help from Senior's you'll be taught your specialism and it's geography. You'll be given targets to earn your rewards.

You will receive weekly and monthly targets, as well as clear promotion criteria - you just need to bring the energy and the drive to succeed

**Your Profile**

Recruitment doesn't demand a specific background.

What it needs to achieve real success and high rewards is commitment, enthusiasm, and motivation. Enzo asks that you show us resilience, self-belief and a solutions driven approach.

We are looking for people who want to work hard & be paid well as a result.

An experience in Sales or creating opportunities is interesting to us, and any demonstration of entrepreneurial flair is definitely going to make us keen
