- Milk & More has a unique business model, which meets the needs of consumers by delivering through the night in time for breakfast. It delivers British milk (in its iconic 1 pint glass reusable bottles) and artisan groceries to the doorsteps of nearly 350,000 households. We make 1 million deliveries each week via one of the UK’s largest fleet of electric vehicles. **Key Responsibilities**:

- 5 Nights per week (typically 11pm - 7am) - Monday - Friday 40 hours per week/ Finish
- Bulk delivery of milk and dairy products to commercial and retail premises
- All deliveries to be made within the designated time slot
- All deliveries are expected to be made in a timely manner and logged appropriately on the ERB (Electronic Rounds Book)
- The role involves loading and unloading the vehicle and liaison with Centre Operative to ensure all customer orders are fulfilled
- Ensure that all communications with customers are undertaken in a highly professional and competent manner
- To ensure, at all times, that service levels are maintained in line with customer service standards. Milk & More strives to Deliver its Customer Promise to all its customers
- The role involves loading and unloading your delivery vehicle
- Responsible for ordering products as necessary to meet customer requirements
- You will be an ambassador for Milk & More delivery function
- To undertake other reasonable duties as requested by the Operations Manager

- Holidays to be taken outside of term time only
- Flexibility required when working during non-term times

**Skills, Knowledge & Experience**:

- No experience required as all training will be provided
- Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence** **appropriate to the vehicle type (B, C or Class 2)
- Maximum 6 points on driving licence accepted
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills - you will be instrumental behind a Milk & More delivery which takes place over night
- Must be comfortable working alone and able to work nights
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
