Established in 1976, our client is a well-respected and family-owned Insurance Brokers providing a wide range of commercial and personal insurance to Northamptonshire and the surrounding areas.
Job Duties
- Following up insurance renewals/payments and producing the paperwork accordingly
- Assisting in administration changes and amendments to policies
- Updating new quotes onto the system
- Responsible for the daily despatch of the post and scanning of the incoming post
- Producing business documents
- Resolving administrative queries
- Supporting the sales and administration team with general duties
- Maintaining the office recycling system
- Checking customers documentation such as licence details with DVLA
Personal Specification
- Focussed
- Have an eye for detail
- Have a willingness to learn and progress
- At least a 4/C or above in GCSE Maths and English
Salary
£8,754 per annum
Hours
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm with an unpaid hour for lunch
**Benefits**:
28 days holiday including bank holidays
**Qualifications**:
Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship training with Starting Off.
