Business Administration Apprentice

Our client provides high quality lighting within both the permanent and construction market. Their main mission is to help clients increase profitability with cost effective and sustainable lighting solutions. They are committed to supplying client’s needswith a high standard of both product and services and have built a great reputation as an expert solutions provider. They are now keen to recruit a hard-working sales administration apprentice to join the office team.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Raise customers quotes.
- Cross specs of quotes.
- Raise sales orders.
- Raise paperwork for deliveries.
- Retrieve POD’s.
- Send customer order confirmation.
- Book deliveries.
- Chase up quotes.
Additional duties:
- Occasional packing of orders
- Raising purchase orders.
Minimum requirements:
- Good IT knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as a team member.
- Opportunity to gain a permanent role once completing apprenticeship.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
This role is supported by the Business Administrator level 3 apprenticeships standard delivered by Starting Off.
