**JOB TITLE: Hi-Lift Driver**

**REPORTING TO: Duty Manager & Team Leader**

**LOCATION: London Heathrow Airport**

**SHIFT HOURS: 40 hours per week**

**SHIFT PATTERN: (4 days on 2 days off) Early start at am and latest finish at 11pm**

**HOURLY PAY RATE: £12.78 Per Hour**

**ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE**

You will be required to drive airside and safely guiding the Hi-lift vehicle on and off the aircraft. This position will involve loading and unloading the Hi-lift vehicle. There will also be a large amount of manual handling which is physically demanding. Working as part of the team you will deliver an excellent service to the airlines.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure the health and safety is in place when the aircraft door is safe to open prior to opening the Hi-lift doors/shutters
- Able to work with the team leader and Hi-Lift Drivers to ensure the aircraft is stocked and replenished
- Stocking and replenishing with new and used products, cages, waste etc.
- Ensure the Hi-Lift vehicle is leaving the aircraft and its airport stand safe and clean
- There is a requirement to help the cleaning team with their duties.

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- You must be able to understand English language to adhere to company notices, staff briefings and individual instructions provided to you, which will affect your working duties.
- Self-motivated and reliable with a conscientious approach to the Safety and Security aspects of your role.
- Flexible approach to work and able to work efficiently and thoroughly with mínimal supervision.
- Able to cope with a pressured environment.
- Excellent team player
- Excellent time management

**REQUIRED**:

- A current, valid, full clean UK Driving License C1

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.78 per hour
