**Your Role**:
As an Inbound Sales Representative at First Local Services, you'll be at the forefront of our customer engagement, handling a variety of customer needs from new enquiries to existing clients seeking assistance. Your role will involve:

- **Sales & Lead Management**: Converting enquiries into sales, managing leads efficiently, and following up on potential opportunities.
- **Client Support**: Offering excellent service to existing clients, resolving their issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**: Working closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- **Administration**: Maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions, using our CRM systems.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
