Must be local to Ringwood and be prepared to travel to our Ringwood office Monday-Friday.

We're looking for someone in Customer Service to join our team and help us make a difference in the broadband industry.

You will be working alongside our CEO. Every day will be different, and being a start-up, there are so many opportunities for you to progress.

Earth Broadband is a start-up broadband provider in the UK that gives back to the planet. Our customers plant trees every month by using their broadband.

There's too many people getting ripped-off, treated badly and confused by technical jargon so we're making some noise and doing things differently.

We're a feel-good broadband provider with fair-priced plans, no complexity, love for our customers and for the planet.

We have a team of talented people around the world and our main office is based in Ringwood.

In this role you will:

- Contact customers to collect payments via Direct Debit.
- Respond to customer reviews.
- Respond to messages on social media.

Skills and experience:

- Gmail and Google Drive (preferred)
- Computer literate (Basic understanding)

**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year
