As our next Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be supporting the sellers, the key purpose of the role is to make sure that we have gathered all relevant information, service design, technical, commercial, and cultural to enable the Service to meet all objectives.
You will excel at innovating and driving the customer agenda forward by understanding and coordinating all of the various parts of our business to deliver success.

**Requirements**:
- Help create pipeline for Managed Services related revenues (Service Desk, NOC, Onsite etc.)
- Focused on selling, MSFT & Associated Managed Services (Azure Virtual Desktop ,Managed desktop, MDR and SOC Services)
- Sales Expertise - Domain knowledge in Service Solutions and Service Design to assist Direct Sellers
- Support pipeline and opportunities to meet Sales targets
- Influence new business through:
- Develop prospecting plans with C+C Sellers in New Business team
- Cultivating relationships with key C+C Stakeholders (Product Directors, Delivery Teams etc)
- Assist with white space Account mapping against existing customers
- Assist with New Logo Sales
- Selling the full portfolio of Managed services, with specific focus on service design and transformational outsourcing.
**Skills**:
- A true Expert in Services, with demonstrable success over a prolonged period
- Demonstrable experience of consulting with clients and building Service Designs.
- Experience of working with Microsoft cloud technologies, e.g. M365, Power platform etc.
- Experience of ITIL processes and ServiceNow capabilities
- Excellent communicator with experience working at end-client Cx-level
- Ability to articulate service, technology and product positioning
- Understands how to take a customer business problem and create a relevant proposition to solve it
- Methodical and strategic thinker
- Up to date service and industry knowledge
- Experience driven storytelling and commercial creativity
- Subject matter expert in their field
- Team player who works with all internal teams to drive results - highly collaborative
**Solution/Service Design**:
- Leading on business strategy, objectives and overall solution/service design
- Ensuring that the service design is influenced by licensing, infrastructural, QA, technical and other process constraints
- Evaluating and undertaking impact analysis on major design options and assessing and managing associated risks
**Sales Support**:
- Working closely with Commercial team to ensure customers are assisted and advised properly
- Ensure reliable cost, effort and risk estimates are produced
- Provide technical input for bids and sales proposals
