**Customer Experience Advisor**

**Job summary**:
We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Experience Advisor to join our dynamic Customer Service Centre at Chesterfield. Within this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers with the aim of successfully converting this into a booking opportunity and enhancing the booking selling aftersales products where necessary.

The customer service centre is open between the hours of 08:00 -18:00 Monday to Friday and 08:30 - 14:00 Saturdays. 21 hours per week, working shifts between the hours noted. This position can be accommodated as a fully flexible working from home opportunity, you will however be required to be on site at Chesterfield for initial training and occasional meetings as required.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring a quality customer experience, including interacting with customers, answering general enquires and effectively identifying customer’s needs.
- Providing our customers with details of appropriate advice and services in line with our duty of care obligations.
- Understanding how to make aftersales products appealing to customers and the importance of keeping routine servicing up to date in line with the manufacture’s guidance.
- Updating and maintaining our customer data bases and work in line with GDPR practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills with a flair and passion for customer service
- A professional telephone manner with the ability to quickly build rapport, and inspire confidence in customers.
- Confident when using multiple IT systems at once.
- Strong basic maths, English and computer skills are essential.
- A tenacious approach with the ability to recognise and act upon opportunities when they arise.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A true team player, able to work both alone and as part of a team.
