Customer Service and Site Support Coordinator

**Role Overview**:
The Customer Service and Site Support Coordinator will be the friendly face and voice of Inspired Meadows. You’ll provide top-notch service, support site visits, build relationships with local businesses, and ensure our clients always feel valued. This role combines people-focused interaction with administrative efficiency, making it ideal for someone who loves variety and truly enjoys making a difference.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Service with a Smile**: Handle customer inquiries warmly and professionally, ensuring every client feels heard and supported.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Coordinate and manage appointments for the sales team, making sure clients’ needs are met efficiently.
- **Site Visit Management**: Welcome clients during site visits, delivering an informative and memorable experience that reflects our brand values.
- **Building Relationships**: Cultivate connections with local businesses and community members to foster collaborations and mutual growth.
- **Marketing Support**: Assist in distributing marketing materials and ensuring our brand message is communicated effectively.
- **Office Administration**: Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming office environment. Update records and systems to keep everything running smoothly.
- **Event Support**: Help organize and execute local events, bringing energy and enthusiasm to ensure their success.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to make people feel at ease.
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- A knack for multitasking and a keen eye for detail.
- Confidence in using office software and basic CRM systems (experience with Zoho is a bonus).
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude with a genuine passion for helping people.
- Some Saturdays or later finishes may be required based on site visit appointments may be required.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
