**We are looking for a new star to join as a Adult's Residential Support Worker for our client who has projects in various areas, including: Bridgend, Monmouth, RCT.**

**About the role**
Your mission should you accept it is to help vulnerable Adults achieve their potential?
As an Adult's Residential Support worker, you will be supporting Adult's with a variety of complex needs. These include, learning disabilities, mental health, and challenging behaviour. However, we will only pair you with suitably matched providers based on your experience and desired opportunities.
**What vulnerable people need from you**
Provide support for **Adult's** with complex needs, learning disabilities, mental health and challenging behaviors.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- To be aware of the Company’s Statement of Purpose and Function and the Adult's Residential Support Worker’s role in implementing them.
- To be aware of company guidelines on Codes of Conduct and to set an acceptable role model standard.
- To be aware, familiar with and observe the company guidelines on Health and Safety, Fire Safety procedures and Food Hygiene.
- To assist with the day-to-day administration of the residential home by completing and maintaining accurate recordings.
- To assist in the maintenance, good housekeeping and upkeep of the residential home.
- Willing to work towards QCF diploma in health and social care or equivalent.
**Special Conditions**
- Weekend, Evening, Waking nights and Bank Holiday working is required on a rota basis
- The holder of this position may be required to work in any home of the organisation although this may not alter the basis of remuneration.
- The holder of this position is expected to maintain confidentiality and observe data protection guidelines
- The rota pattern may change at short notice.
- The holder of this position may be required to perform Physical Intervention in accordance with our written policy.
- The holder of this position must possess a full clean driving licence which they have held for over two years. Our car insurance also stipulates that drivers must not have had any accidents in the last five years.
- A satisfactory ongoing Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau reference is required.
- The holder of this position must hold the QCF level 3 in Children & Young People (Wales).
- The holder of this position must be registered with Social Care Wales (Care Council of Wales).
- Must hold a Full UK Driving license & have access to a vehicle.
