Born out of the need for something better, Novum's goal is to challenge the established salon etiquette and create a space that truly puts their team and customers first.
- We are looking for a part time front of house receptionist, to join our expanding talented team, at our newly acquired established salon in Tarvin (5 miles from Chester).
- You will be responsible for welcoming the clients on arrival to include settling them into the salon and handover to the appropriate stylist, and on departure ensuring clients have all belongings, paid in full, computer booking system updated with notes and client re-booked where possible.
- You will be expected to compliment and support our team of expert stylists, to ensure we maintain our high standards, so our clients experience is exceptional from the moment they arrive to when they leave.
- It is essential that you are confident and sociable with excellent communication skills and want to work in a busy and fast paced environment.
- You will be responsible for managing client appointments, maximising the stylist time on our 'gettimely software'.
- Experience in social media postings would be preferred, but not essential.
- If you’re willing to learn and you’re flexible in approach, enthusiastic, friendly and you are eager to fit into a team, with a passion for the hair industry then this could be an exciting opportunity for you.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
