Veterinary Receptionist

We’re excited to open the doors to our brand-new independent veterinary clinic in the heart of Middlesbrough. We're looking for a friendly, compassionate receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Greeting clients and their pets with a friendly, reassuring presence
- Managing appointments and maintaining the diary system
- Handling client queries both in person and over the phone with empathy and professionalism
- Assisting with administrative tasks to help keep the practice running smoothly
- Supporting the clinical team to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered

What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent communication skills
- A calm, compassionate nature, especially in sensitive or emotional situations
- Organisation and efficiency with good attention to detail
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience in a healthcare setting
- A genuine love of animals and desire to be part of a caring team
