Personal Assistant to Director

**Role Description**
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director in daily operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Proactive and thoughtful diary management
- Scheduling business and personal meetings and appointments
- Acting as a gatekeeper for the Director and primary point of contact
- Understanding the Director’s business and network and building relationships
- Updating contact details and CRM Systems
- Preparing agendas and documents for meetings, and taking minutes
- Researching, organising and booking business and personal travel, transport and hotels
- Running personal errands
- Dealing with financial administration
- Managing household admin
- Social media management
- Organising team and company events
- Handling legal administration
- Tracking actions and providing regular status updates
- Assisting from time to time with the operations of the office, including ordering supplies
- Ad hoc projects as required
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required by the Director
- Organise meetings, including coordinating logistics and preparing necessary materials
- Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents
- Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director as needed
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents.
**Experience and requirements**
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is essential.
- Experience in the property industry is advantageous
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Business management skills
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- A keen eye for detail
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Tech Savvy: proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Flexibility and willingness to work and be contacted out of hours from time to time
- A full UK driving license (not essential)
- A natural problem solver
- Proactive and self-starting attitude

Pay: £19,903.32-£34,597.77 per year
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
