- Overview of the Role:

- Pertemps is excited to offer an opportunity within Harrow Council for a self-driven and motivated Personal Assistant to join our expanding team in the Legal Department. As a Personal Assistant, you'll enjoy a competitive pay rate of up to £15.39 per hour. Additionally, we provide excellent training and support for career development, along with 21 days of holiday (excluding Bank Holidays).

- Main Responsibilities:

- 1. Diary Management:

- Efficiently manage diary appointments from several local authorities within the shared practice.
- Handle potential conflicts with other appointments.- 2. Administrative Support:

- Provide administrative cover to all teams within legal and governance.
- Work on the case management system for the legal practice, demonstrating confidence with different systems.
- Undertake general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, collating papers, and typing standard letters.
- 3. Communication Handling:

- Answer routine telephone calls, providing basic information to customers.- 4. Document Management:

- Administer scanning, indexing, and printing of documents.
- Conduct quality control checks as needed.
- 5. Meeting Support:

- Assist with arranging room bookings and equipment.
- Provide relevant documents for meetings and events.
- Offer refreshments during gatherings.
- 6. Customer Service:

- Receive, log, and pass on customer complaints to the service team.
- 7. Data Management:

- Monitor and manage data from databases, computer systems, and websites.
- Support in producing reports and statistical information as required.
