**Admin Support**

**The Role**

As an Admin Support at iHasco, you will be working alongside the Customer Care Team and will play a pivotal role in ensuring the prompt, timely, and efficient allocation of leads to our Business Development Team. This is essential for maintaining a streamlined sales process, maximising our conversion rates, and ensuring our Business Development Team can focus on what they do best - converting leads into satisfied clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage lead allocation via Salesforce.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Allocation: Handle the prompt and accurate allocation of leads to the sales teams via Salesforce, ensuring that our Business Development Team can operate efficiently and effectively.
- eComm Support: Supporting the Sales Teams with eComm-related administrative tasks by accurately adding eComm orders to contracts in Salesforce. This may include creating new contracts on the relevant account where necessary, ensuring data integrity and contract accuracy.
- General Administrative Support: Carry out other office and administrative duties as required, supporting the wider team to maintain smooth operational processes.

**Key Requirements**:

- Discretion with confidential client information.
- General skills in administration with a good understanding of Microsoft Office products (Google apps) and Windows operating systems are extremely beneficial.
- SalesForce working knowledge is desirable but not essential.
