**What’s the role about?**

50% of your time will be spent communicating with suppliers directly in our Engage Console and Salesforce (aka Care/Connex). Queries can be as small as updating their business contacts or setting up a new supplier in the system. 25% will be updating supplier communication materials e.g. operating procedures, how-to guides, website knowledge content, etc. Using your knowledge of customer experience (in this case your customer is our supplier) to guide your identification of potential improvements to the processes and see them through. The final 25% of your time is spent growing as a partner professional by networking with an array of commercial and supplier stakeholders, working on team projects like conference organising, collaborating and supporting the wider business with change projects like HFSS and compliance driven change.

- Experience with wordsmithing (editing an existing message to improve it)

- Ability to handle ambiguous data and draw conclusions for missing information

**Additional Information**

**This role is based at our Bracknell Head Office. It will require working in the office and times when you will work from home. If you are offered one of our roles you can discuss with your People Manager when you will be needed to work in the office.**
