Payroll & Accounts Advisor - Accountable for co-ordinating and administering all People & Payroll activities.
Weekly / Daily
- Lead monthly payroll processing and associated activities (reporting) in line with deadlines
- Manage PO & Invoice process daily - ensure tracker is accurate
- Ad hoc system data reporting requests & Daily Scorecard (when Marina is on holiday)
- Weekly reporting - Monday AM and Tuesday PM
- Manage tracking weekly agency hours (Bathgate & Scunthorpe Agency Hours tracker)
- Organisation Chart update when movements take place
- E-learning system updated - when movements take place
- Interim Tracker - when movements take place
- Part time Tracker - when movements take place
- People Report - when movements take place
- File & system check for right to work and signed contract before payroll is processed
- Staff Movements - Ensure tracker is updated daily with any employee movements / actions that you are leading / aware of
- Staff movements - ensure IT / desk / fob is set up and induction checklist issued
- Ensure payroll inbox is cleared on a daily basis
- Review Recruitment / HR inbox for any urgent queries in absence of team member
- Ensure office tracker and plan of activity is updated weekly
- Ensure leaver files are moved to yearly leavers folder
To be successful in this role you must have previous experience in payroll environment, but this is not full process payroll.To find out more please get in touch asap.
