UK Payroll Administrator - Global Market Leading Organisation
- Edinburgh City Centre - Hybrid

**About Our Client**:
Our client is a market leading global professional service organisation based in Edinburgh city centre operating on a hybrid basis.
- Hands on managing your own client portfolio, processing end to end UK payrolls
- Importing payroll information into our payroll software and maintaining payroll records
- Be the focal point for your clients, managing any queries they might have and giving them fantastic customer support
- Keeping an eye on service delivery, looking out for opportunities for us to make improvements to our processes and procedures that can support the ongoing development of the team
- Ensure that we are diligent and compliant with record keeping, keeping our client payroll manuals up to date and ensuring that manual checks and calculations are accurate and that we are compliant with Data Protection regulations
- As this is a busy bureau role, your portfolio will be varied with a range of weekly and monthly payrolls for clients with small headcounts, up to large corporate organisations

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Proven experience in UK Payroll processing, ideally in a bureau or accountancy environment, however if you are working in-house and are looking for a change then we'd love to hear from you
- CIPP qualification would be ideal, but not essential
- Customer focused with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation

**What's on Offer**:
This role will offer a competitive salary between £27,000-£33,000 plus great benefits.
