**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards.
- Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure high levels of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are clean and well-presented.
- Provide support in janitorial tasks for special events or additional cleaning needs.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good physical stamina; must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
