About You:
This is a key role within the Corporate Marketing Team. You will be supporting the planning, execution and optimisation of Just's online marketing efforts to drive targeted, quality traffic to the Just and HUB websites to meet business requirements. You willreport to the Marketing Automation Lead and be part of a wider team who service our digital marketing requirements.

You will have a strong knowledge of HTML5 markup, CSS, web accessibility standards, and cross browser compatibility and past experience in creating responsive layouts. An understanding of JavaScript is required, competence in writing JavaScript would be anadvantage. Knowledge of using Oracle Eloqua (marketing automation platform) and EpiServer an advantage but not essential.

Within this role, you will:

- Using HTML / CSS to develop visually stunning, responsive and engaging user-driven landing pages in Eloqua and CMS websites.
- Taking landing pages/microsite/website from initial layout to a fully responsive, functioning, live sites/pages.
- Collaborating with colleagues, creatives and user experience professionals to deliver development projects.
- Maintaining working knowledge of content management and marketing automation solutions.
- Maintaining beautiful, structured and well-documented code.
- Using Optimizely or in the future JavaScript to run A/B tests.
- Using JavaScript to carry out simple calculations and data look ups, format data captured by forms held within landing/web pages, capture campaign id and support multi step forms.
- Identify other ways JavaScript/CSS/HTML can help improve customer experiences and/or meet business challenges..
- Upskilling colleagues' knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

What you will need to have:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products including Windows 10 and Office365
- Excellent knowledge of Active Directory
- Identify potential changes and system improvements and drive continuous improvement
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent problem solving abilities
- A commitment to ongoing training
- Works well as part of a team but also excellent at using own initiative
- Excellent customer service skills
