**Role Summary**:
As a **Sales Assistant** at Booghe Toys Ltd, you will be the face of our store, helping customers discover toys that bring joy to their lives. You will assist with purchases, provide product information, and ensure that every customer leaves with a smile. Your friendly and proactive approach will make our store a go-to destination for families.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome customers and assist them with finding and purchasing products.
- Create a fun, interactive, and engaging shopping experience for families and children.
- Offer product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately using EPOS and tablet-based checkouts.
- Ensure that product pricing and displays are accurate and appealing.
- Manage returns, refunds, and exchanges when necessary.
- Keep checkout areas clean and assist with general store maintenance.
- Help with stock management, ensuring shelves are stocked and products are organised.
- Participate in promotional displays and merchandising to drive sales.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences to help improve our store offerings.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of retail sales experience is preferred.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in English, with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and confident personality with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time

Hours: 40 per week.
