Sales Assistant

Full-Time | Weekly Pay | In-Person

What You'll Be Doing

You'll spend your day in lively, high-footfall areas, striking up conversations with customers in a way that feels natural and friendly. Instead of relying on scripts, you'll learn how to introduce products and services in a simple, engaging style that helps people understand what's on offer and how it benefits them.

You'll guide customers through straightforward purchase decisions, keeping the process smooth, clear, and pressure-free. Along the way, you'll bring your own personality and ideas to the role — whether that's how you approach conversations, how you present information, or how you help create a positive atmosphere around you.

You'll also get hands-on experience with real sales techniques, learning what works by doing it, not just reading about it. Over time, you'll become more confident, more skilled, and more comfortable navigating different customer interactions and environments.

Key Duties

  • Approaching customers in busy retail or community locations
  • Starting engaging, friendly conversations with a variety of people
  • Explaining products or services clearly and confidently
  • Helping customers make informed decisions without pressure
  • Managing sign-ups or sales processes with accuracy and professionalism
  • Representing the brand with a positive, approachable attitude
  • Sharing ideas, feedback, and insights with the team
  • Contributing to daily and weekly sales targets
