There are three fun filled Holiday Parks in Lancashire, Broadwater in Fleetwood, Newton Hall in Staining and Windy Harbour at Singleton, along with Black Beck Holiday Park in Cumbria and Tarn House in Skipton, North Yorkshire.

**Overview**

A highly motivated and reliable Customer Service Executive with experience in a variety of customer service departments. Must be focused on providing a first-class customer experience and resolving any queries, complications or issues that may arise. An excellent communicator with a confident telephone manner and a natural affiliation to customer needs being able to relate to customers with an understanding and respectful approach.

It is your job to provide an exceptional experience for all our customers, be able to build a trusting relationship with them and have the drive to achieve and exceed targets.

You will be an ambassador for the company, promoting a welcoming, informative and professional environment and demonstrating the Company’s values at all times; FUN, FAMILY & FRIENDLY.

**General Responsibilities/Duties**
- Liaise directly with customers to take payments, and deal with cancellations.
- Collate feedback from customers to continuously improve customer experience
- Rapport building and controlled objection handling skills are essential
- Advising clients on products and services available
- Use of booking system to create and amend bookings
- Deal with customers making initial holiday home ownership enquiries and following up on existing sales enquiries
- To assist on local park receptions when required.
- To assist with the manning of marketing activities such as flower shows and other marketing events throughout the year

**Days off** - One weekday and one day over the weekend, 32 hours per week. We are offering a flexible working environment with our teams and as a Customer Service Executive you would have the opportunity to work remotely on certain days. (To be discussed in interview). Training will be provided.

**Important Information**
- Opportunities to earn commission on a monthly and annual basis dependant on performance and targets achieved (at company’s discretion).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.12 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
