We are recruiting for a highly motivated and reliable person to work in a telephone customer service centre with experience and understanding of excellent customer service. This role is perfect for someone who excels at communicating with others in a professional manner to ensure a high quality of customer service is provided to our guests; our vision is 'to make every day feel like a holiday'.

Role: Customer Service Centre Executive Supervisor

Location: Head Office

Hours: 38 hours per week.

Salary: £28,294.50

Shift pattern: Tuesdays to Saturdays (but able to flex 5 out of 7). Between 9am & 6pm

Role overview

  • Assist all correspondence including inbound and outbound calls and emails from customers and clients including bookings, sales enquiries, requests, queries, taking payments and complaints and promotional purposes
  • Deputise for CSC Manager including supervising the CSC team and ensuring tasks and decisions are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Contact potential customers and clients with the aim of gathering information or selling a product
  • Use of booking system to create and amend bookings
  • To assist the marketing team with activity such as consumer shows and promotions when required
  • To work in other areas of the business as and when required including areas such as Park Receptions, Housekeeping when required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within customer services. Additional training will be provided.
  • Able to produce right to work documentation (e.g. passport or birth certificate & NI document)
  • Able to produce valid driving licence
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and guests effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Rapport building and controlled objection handling skills are essential
