**The Role**:
As a Call Centre Agent you will be at the forefront of our client's mission, engaging in meaningful conversations with businesses and individuals to recover outstanding debts. Your empathetic approach and exceptional communication skills will be crucial as you navigate sensitive situations with professionalism and finesse. Every interaction will be an opportunity to build relationships, negotiate payment solutions, and contribute to our clients' and customers' financial well-being.

**What You'll Do**:

- Engage in inbound and outbound telephone calls to businesses and individuals to recover outstanding debts.
- Handle difficult conversations with empathy, sensitivity, and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and payment agreements in the client's customer database.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure effective debt collection.
- Thrive in an open-plan contact centre environment, achieving personal and team targets.
- Enter customer payment details accurately into the client's systems, ensuring precision and efficiency.

- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with customers and maintain accurate records.
