We are looking for someone to join our busy manufacturing business based in Shillingstone Dorset.

We are a fast-moving company selling our manufactured bone broth and other natural products all over the UK and the rest of the world. We are the only bone broth manufacturer in the UK to hold a dual license to produce bone broth for human and pet consumption.

The position is part of our administration team, under the management of the Managing Director and main duties include:

- Assist in managing and updating of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram & Tik Tok etc) to ensure a consistent brand presence and engagement with the target audience.
- Updating and adding content to our websites when required.
- Collaborate with the managing director to develop and implement social media strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Assist in tracking and analysing social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with MD’s Personal assistant in the production of marketing reports and effective management of the Mailchimp system.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools and best practices and provide recommendations for incorporating them into our marketing efforts.

**Person Specification**

**Essential**
- Proven experience in marketing, content creation, and posting on social media platforms.
- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal commination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail orientated with strong organisational skills.
- A creative mindset and passion for digital marketing.

**Desirable**
- Previous experience with Canva.
- Have the ability to take our social media presence to the next level.
- Experience of working with Social Media Influencers and Ambassadors.

This role is based at our head office in Shillingstone, Dorset.

Hours - 12 hours per week

Days - Monday, Wednesday and Friday (4 hours per day).

**Salary**: £11 per hour
