**The Role**

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced digital marketer to manage our digital channels, including but not limited to our website, paid search, paid social, display and SEO to deliver monthly orders and leads targets through these channels.

The Senior Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing our website and day to day management of our paid media agency for all performance marketing.

We’re looking for a commercially-minded performance marketer who is comfortable digging into data to find campaign optimisations and also working with developers to deliver website improvement projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Day to day management of online paid media agency to optimise PPC, display and paid social campaigns to increase no. of conversions, while maintaining/decreasing costs per conversion and ensuring KPIs and budgets are met.
- Work with inhouse graphics team to produce best practice creative for online advertising and ensure we test and learn to optimise creative.
- Work closely with Creative and Content Executive to ensure co-ordination of paid and organic social media strategies and ensuring that we're maximise opportunities.
- Day to day management of Wessex Internet website - content updates and optimisations.
- Weekly and monthly reporting of website and digital media KPIs with recommendations for improvements.
- Recommending and delivering website changes to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Managing web development agency to make any website changes that can't be completed inhouse through Umbraco content management system.
- Work with Head of Marketing to project manage any website change/development projects, working with external web developer and Salesforce developer.
- Ensure thorough testing of any website changes prior to go live
- Team lead for all things website analytics and tracking across digital advertising platforms, GA and Salesforce.
- Increasing organic traffic by ensuring website adheres to SEO best practice.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years experience in digital marketing with focus on paid media and website management.
- Excellent knowledge of PPC, Display, Paid Social, Video and other online advertising channels.
- Good understanding of Search Engine Optimisation.
- Previous experience of Google Analytics and using data to improve advertising and website performance.
- Previous experience of managing agencies.
- Commercial mindset.
- Excellent data analysis and MS Excel skills.
- Experience of using website content management systems (Umbraco CMS preferable)
- Previous knowledge/experience using Salesforce would be advantageous, or experience of working on website projects with salesforce integrations

**Salary**:£32,000 per annum

**Role Type**: Full Time/Permanent

**Hours**: 40 hours per week (flexible hours available)
