The Growth Guys are an award-winning digital growth marketing outfit based in York and since its inception in 2019 have worked on campaigns for the likes of Waitrose, Co-op, Booths and Deliveroo as well as FTSE100 companies.

The Role:

- Research and conduct interview-style content
- Produce scroll-stopping creative for social media content for both agency and clients
- Collaborate with the Paid Media team to create content for campaigns
- Assist with copy for presentations, digital products and sales collateral
- Work and brainstorm ideas with the wider team with a massive chance to grow and develop within the business.
- Communicate both internally and externally
The Person:

- Manage a range of different tasks whilst keeping on the ball.
- Competent writer who can create engaging copy without error.
- Great communication skills
- Friendly and personable individual to fit in well with the team
