**Description**
Key responsibilities of the HR Administrator -- Administration and support for all new starters and leavers
- Preparation of contracts, offer letters and right to work
- Updating and maintaining employee files
- Collating absence information including sickness and holiday
- Writing job descriptions and assisting with benchmarking
- Assisting with recruitment processes
- Scheduling interviews, meetings and events
- Working collaboratively with the HR Advisors and the wider team
- Handling queries in an efficient and professional manner
- Supporting with reporting and audits
**Profile**
- Previous but mínimal experience within HR
- An interest in a career in HR
- Computer literate with MS Office including Excel
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Meticulous attention to detail
- A willingness to learn
- Positive 'can-do' attitude
- A strong team player
