LED Enterprises is a subsidiary company of LED Community Leisure that houses our three hospitality outlets, Ocean, Pavilion and Exeter Airport. As a multifaceted company we present an exciting opportunity for **Customer Service Assistants at Exeter Airport**.

It is an exciting time to join Exeter Airport’s Food and Beverage Team with the new opening of Moorland Kitchen and the beginning of the Peak Summer Season. We have Coastline Café, Cove Café, Moorland Kitchen and Tor Bar with a selection of food and beverages to suit all travellers. **We are now looking for a range of team members from Casual roles for the Summer to more permanent roles year-round. **With a range of hours to suit most people. Please note that we have some very early starts but not very late nights.

**THE IMPACT YOU WILL HAVE**:
In this role, you will contribute to the seamless functioning of Exeter Airport by bringing accuracy and attention to detail. Your commitment to excellent customer service, coupled with experience in fast-paced environments, ensures efficient task execution even during busy periods. You’ll uphold a positive attitude, empathy towards customers, and flexibility to work non-standard hours, making a valuable impact on the team's overall performance. Additionally, your previous experience in a similar environment and familiarity with basic food hygiene will further enhance your suitability for this role.

No two days are the same in the Airport and the ability to connect with people and deliver flawless customer service will give customers a memorable start to their holiday. Maintaining a fun, friendly demeaner contributes to a positive atmosphere, while additional desirable skills such as Basic Food Hygiene certification, practical experience in a similar environment, and a background in public-facing roles would further enhance your suitability for the position..
