**Recruitment Administrator**
**Based in Central Edinburgh**
**£12 hourly + holiday pay**
**Full-time position, Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00**
**Duties involved in this role will include**:

- Dealing with incoming staffing requests, ensuring all details are taken & logged on the system
- Assisting with the administration involved with placing shift bookings on the internal systems
- Checking & processing documentation checks for applicants before contacting consultants with compliance & right-to-work checks
- Dealing with online booking system, ensuring it's kept fully up to date
- Pro-actively contacting workers to get updates on their availability
- Various other ad hoc administrative & support duties as required/directed
- Working on a daily case-load, ensuring that work is completed in good time & to a high standard
**In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include**:

- Previous experience in both Administration & Customer Service - this experience is essential
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational & time management skills, with the ability to prioritise & complete a very busy workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
