**Recruitment Administrator**
We are looking for a **Recruitment Administrator **to join our team.
As Edinburgh’s principal transport provider Lothian has been providing the city with a first-class public transport service for over a century. In more recent years we have expanded to provide the same great services within Midlothian, East Lothian and West Lothian.
As our Recruitment Administrator you will report to the Recruitment Advisor and your role will primarily be to manage the administration of ‘Driver’ recruitment for the full 360 recruitment process.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Ensure all recruitment requirements are completed including all PCV/ DVLA/ CPC checks and right to work checks
- Facilitate medicals for Drivers
**Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:
- Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional admin skills
- Good team player
- Sound knowledge of GDPR
