**Hours**:Flexible: full time or part time **Contract**: Flexible: permanent, fixed term, or self-employed **Salary**:£30,000 - £40,000 per annum for employees Or a generous percentage of the treatment rate for self-employed individuals **Location**: London, Surrey and Sussex **Our client**: Hapi Healthcare are a digital healthcare communication and service platform, revolutionising social care services through technology, proving immediate expert and cost-effective care. **Benefits of working for Hapi Healthcare**: - Flexibility on working days - Unique "Hapi" digital technology for patient management and clinical governance - Opportunity for multidisciplinary working - Support from team and local Area Manager - Strong focus on work life balance - Encouragement for education and training. **The role**: Hapi Healthcare are looking for Podiatrists who would like to work any number of hours or days, either on a fixed term or permanent basis, or self-employed basis. **Key duties and responsibilities**: - Assess and diagnose existing and new conditions - Provide individually tailored treatment plans - Alter and adapt healthcare management plans based on patient progress and objective symptoms - Maintain up-to-date and accurate record keeping - Provide diabetic assessment and review - Chronic disease and wound care management - General foot care and nail surgery including verruca treatments - A strong emphasis on continuity of care and working in conjunction with the patients to achieve their goals - Digital online triage consultations. **Person specification**: - BSc Podiatric Medicine, HCPC registered and insured - Current valid driving licence and access to a car - Enjoys a variety of different workplaces and regional travel - Demonstrate sound clinical skills and knowledge in Podiatric medicine - Passionate about Podiatry and delivering outstanding care - Autonomous person, who loves working independently but with the support of Area Management - Excellent communication and documentation skills - Patience and great customer service skills.
