We are looking for an ambitious individual to play a key role within our Multi Utility Operations Team.

You will be responsible for supporting the scheduler, building a weekly diary for our engineering teams or contractors, based on location and skill set whilst planning to a value, collating documents, liaising with colleagues and customers.

You will ensure all projects are good and ready to go in advance of work commencement, by checking and issuing all utilities plans, whereabouts, stats and NRSWA experience.

You will proactively liaise with clients, industry stakeholders and Fulcrum internal teams people to ensure that any risks to the successful right first-time delivery are prevented or an appropriate, and timely, solution is achieved.

This is a real opportunity to develop yourself and your career desirable but necessary if you have experience of working in a planning/scheduling coordination type role before.

It's more important to us that you have an eagerness to learn, can be adaptable, and wish to progress within the planning coordination function of our business.
