Stormwater Maintenance Planning Coordinator

Do you have experience with Stormwater operations or CMMS systems? In this role, you will lead the integration and ongoing maintenance of the Stormwater CMMS. You'll collaborate with staff to plan, schedule, and track maintenance activities, ensuring accurate data management and efficient workflow execution. This position is also responsible for developing and overseeing asset collection and inspection processes for Stormwater infrastructure.The pay starts between $56, $62,000.00/ annually (based on experience), and benefits begin within 60 days of hire. About This Position- Organize and schedule the development and implementation of daily, weekly or long range strategic preventative, predictive and scheduled maintenance plans
- Organize and coordinate the daily corrective and emergency maintenance requests by shifting and reprioritizing existing schedules
- Oversee the integration and maintenance of the CMMS system
- Provide training and oversight to new users to ensure data is being captured correctly
- Maintain NPDES cycles and inspections to meet compliance of permit requirements
- Monitor the progress of NPDES inspection and provide quarterly updates to management
- Collect, review, and provide NPDES inspect data for annual report
- Coordinate asset collection with Survey crews and updates to the asset database with GIS staff
- Update GIS Data from completed work orders and asset change forms Coordinate with Capital Project on Stormwater infrastructure rehabilitation lining
- Develop scope of work for pipe lining work assignments
- Develop methodology for evaluation and prioritization of open channel systems and evaluate current assets. Assists with monitoring, analyzing/assessing effectiveness and efficiency of all aspects of work performed and recommend adjustments to job and safety plans
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
About YouMinimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Public Administration, Business, Finance, Planning, Industrial/Engineering Technology, or a related field -AND- Two (2) years of related work experience
- -OR- Six (6) years of professional experience may be substituted at management discretion
- Valid Florida driver's license by date of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expereince working with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and other work related applications
Physical Demands: Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Subject to Passing Substance Screening: This position is subject to passing a pre-employment substance screening. An applicant who fails to pass a required drug screening test shall be disqualified from employment in any class for a period of five (5) years.
