Account Coordinator

This is an exciting roe in the organisation supporting our Account Clients and Sales Team, which will in turn help with client retention and drive opportunities within the company. A critical role combining many aspects of a sales function and admin support.
**Job Role**
- To coordinate enquiries, queries and issues between our Account Clients and the relevant member of Johnsons staff
- To assist managing new and existing accounts
- Enable the Sales teams by providing all the relevant information for them to have the best impact on the client
- Meets other departments to improve the way the sales team and the business can interact
- Maintain and manage business as usual accounts and the Helpdesk
- Develop new business by identifying and developing opportunities from contacts
- Provide Management reports as required
- Develop dashboards and reports through the relevant systems
- Look to improve the Account Management process and increase efficiencies
- Handle customer queries and escalate to the Sales teams or Major Accounts Director where necessary
- Generate and / or send quotations
- Ensure all paperwork / documentation is collated and sent to our client where required
- Assist with the resolution of all complaints escalated from all parts of the business and resolve to satisfactory conclusion
- Monitor all KPIs and SLAs with Account Clients and ensure the targets are achieved.
- Ensuring all Account Clients have the best experience possible during the sales and booking process
- Generate and process quotations in line with company standards working with the sales and operations teams to ensure accuracy and to meet deadlines.
- Ensure all Account Clients are sent monthly and / or quarterly report, where required.
**Role and Responsibilities;**
- Act as point of contact for clients
- Provide collation of data and management reports as required
- Provide sales data reports to Major Accounts Director
- Develop opportunities with BAU and new customers
- Co-ordinate different departments to provide information for Bids & Tenders and quotations
- Diarise deadlines for tenders / quotation returns to relevant staff
- Ensures the work order data is collected fully and is passed over to the appropriate person
- Ensures processes are in place to keep clients informed of progress of works and any issues etc.
- Use clear communication skills and attentiveness to liaise internally and externally frequently
- Will proactively familiarise themselves with all projects to assist with client queries and overall satisfaction of services.
- Acknowledge and take ownership of enquiries and promote the business and resolve any issues where possible.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always
- Respond promptly to client enquiries
- Communicating with clients through the most appropriate media channels available
- Offer expertise in our products/brands/delivery process inside and out so that you can answer questions
- Keeping records of client interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues/departments
- Supports the Sales Team in booking meetings and surveys as necessary.

- Excellent IT skills including MS office
- Good planning and organising abilities
- Excellent Administration skills
- Experience of working with multiple stakeholders and manage them
- Ability to deal with colleagues and clients at all levels
**Additional**:
- You will be required to travel to client sites and occasionally have nights away.
- As part of dealing with clients, client entertainment may be required from time to time.
- Travel for training will be required.
