I am partnered exclusively with a PE-backed Practice firm looking to strengthen their already high-performing Medical Accounts team. The firm has an impressive presence in this space, competing and clearing their competition even from the likes of larger, international firms, and have a surplus of clients ready to go. As such there is a need for an Accounts Manager who carries experience holding debriefs and performing final reviews with clients that are in the medical space, and with GPs especially. You will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations for medical accounts, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, maintaining strong client relationships, and overseeing day-to-day billing and reporting processes. You'll also contribute to the development of junior staff, collaborate across departments to deliver a premium service, and work towards becoming a trusted advisor who can support business growth initiatives. The firm has experienced consistent and substantial growth year on year and possess strong retention of both staff and clients. This role is hybrid for those in the vicinity of their main office (which can be discussed confidentially during screening), otherwise such is the scope of expansion that more regional candidates will be considered on a remote basis. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, end-to-end medical accounts services for clients across various healthcare settings. Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact for billing queries, compliance matters, and financial reporting. Lead and supervise assignments, ensuring timely delivery of services such as patient billing, insurance claims processing, reconciliations, and month-end reporting. Apply healthcare finance standards and regulatory requirements across diverse medical specialties and service lines. Oversee project management tasks including workflow coordination, billing cycles, and performance tracking. Coach and develop junior team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support in technical and professional areas. Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to support cross-functional initiatives and contribute to business development efforts.
