SFL Mobile Radio Holdings have been established for 25 years. The group covers 5 companies and 50+ employees, holding ISO9001, ISO14001 AND ISO45001. We are ambitious, have seen exponential growth over the last 5 years, and have an aggressive growth plan for the next 10 years. We work across all verticals, but have particularly strong relationships within construction, MOD, Hospitality, Utilities and manufacturing, most of which are highly regulated. We are looking for a compliance administrator to ensure the company complies with its outside regulatory and legal requirements as well as internal policies and bylaws.

**Main Responsibilities include**:

- Produce and manage SLA documents
- Manage and oversee ISO certification, and oversee the renewal process
- H&S - keep all docs current and up to date
- Management and up keep responses to PQQ questionnaires - with new and existing customers
- Manage and update company policies. Renewing every 12 months.
- Ensure all certifications and accreditations are maintained and renewed
- Prepare all risk assessments
- Manage our maintenance and support contracts for customers
- Fleet Vehicle conformance
- Internal Process - master administrator, documenting all processes to support ISO’s
- Oversee renewal of Insurance documents with support from Directors
- Manage training matrix to ensure accreditations are renewed
- Other periodic documents to be managed and re-applied for.
- Ideally you will have experience within a compliance administration role
- Excellent organizational skills
- Bright, with good attention to detail and aptitude to learn
- Must have initiative, and ability to find solutions to problems
- You will be required to attend the appropriate courses to keep up to date with latest standards
- Good communicator, gets on with different characters
- Strong IT skills, and command of Microsoft
