**Position summary**:
Our Digital Ethics & Tech for Good practice helps clients in the public and private sector become more sustainable and responsible and use technology & business to create positive social impact. As a management member of the Sopra Steria Digital Ethics consultingteam, you will play an instrumental role in the continued growth and development of this exciting part of our business. You will help identify and secure new client consulting opportunities, lead the design and execution of client work, lead delivery teams,and contribute to the continual innovation of our Digital Ethics capability (new products and services). You will play an instrumental role in advancing the Digital Ethics agenda within and outside the company.
**The Role: Digital Ethics Consulting Manager**
**About this role**:
You’ll work within the Digital Ethics & Tech for Good practice, in a team of ethical & responsible technology consultants. You will report to the Head of Digital Ethics & Tech for Good, who is part of Sopra Steria’s Digital & Consulting management team.
Your role will be to lead on consulting engagements, from identification of new client relationships and opportunities to development of proposals, to high-quality, high-impact delivery of assignments (independent and leading teams). You will play a leadingrole in the development of a pipeline of work, building strong relationships with clients. You will also work with colleagues across the wider company, as a lead advisor on larger Sopra Steria opportunities where digital ethics is a requirement or a strongdifferentiator.
**You will**:
- Contribute to the development of the Digital Ethics opportunity pipeline by working with strategic proposition owners, key account leads and executive client directors, and also by seeking and creating new client relationships
- Lead the successful delivery of Digital Ethics consulting engagements, meeting profitability and delivery timescales, and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction with lasting client relationships.
- Champion the business importance of an ethical approach to creating, implementing, procuring and managing technology inside and outside of Sopra Steria
- Lead or support the preparation of bids for Digital Ethics business and where Digital Ethics is a component of a larger contract, ensuring a strong understanding of client drivers and needs in order to build ethics into a tailored solution
- Continually develop and share Digital Ethics expertise by keeping abreast of trends, drivers, standards, regulations, and organisations; use this expertise to continually develop the Digital Ethics team’s consulting tools and approach, and to develop thoughtleadership and marketing content
- Positively support team members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities, have development opportunities, and support the Practice’s aspirations and objectives
- Role-model our team and company values, including by supporting the Digital Ethics & Tech for Good practice’s initiatives, such as the Tech for Good Community programme
**You’ll need**:
- Track record of delivering business consulting and working with C-level client stakeholders
- Commercial awareness - developing additional revenue, maintaining profitability levels, and managing strategic, value-adding partnerships
- Solid understanding of, and experience working in, the Digital Ethics landscape - standards, regulations, benchmarks, communities, business drivers, approaches, technologies, etc.
- Ability to communicate complex issues in a way that is accessible and engaging for a variety of audiences
- Focus on finding solutions and practical approaches to help organisations take meaningful action
- Ability to define and communicate business value of digital ethics, creating business cases and benefits realization plans

**Salary: £60,000 - £75000**
