Admin and Clinical Assistant

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Assist in the organisation of files and documents, ensuring that all information is easily accessible.
- Utilise Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments, ensuring effective time management for the team.
- Maintain an organised workspace and assist with general office upkeep.
- Provide clerical support as required, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Managing the flow of patients and communicating treatment care plans.
- Assisting with overseeing clients receiving cryotherapy treatment.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Proficiency in computerised systems, particularly Google Suite.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Working understanding of microsoft software.
- Keen interest in health and wellness.
- Working understanding of business social media.
- Attention to detail is essential for maintaining accurate records.
*Our clinics hours run from 9:30 - 7:00pm and 9:00 - 13:30pm on Saturdays. The hours will be within these working hours. Saturday morning shift is required.
Pay: From £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
