- The Nursery closes on the last working day before Christmas Eve and opens on the 2nd January. You will never have to work at Christmas again.

A Team Leader leads their team throughout the day in all aspects of the EYFS. They oversea the care, safety and learning through the room. They ensure staff are engaged with the children and that the children are happy, motivated and are learning through play.

They also care for the wellbeing of the team each day. Our team leaders work closely with the management team and ensures good communication within parent partnership.
- Hold a level 3, NNEB, NVQ, Cache or recognised equivalent Early Years Childcare / Nursery Nurse qualification
- You will have a good understanding of the EYFS and able to observe, support and extend children's learning.
- Ensure children receive a rich and stimulating play experiences appropriate to their age and stage of development within the setting.
- You will be able to develop effective positive working relationships with children, parents/carers and colleagues.
- You will be enthusiastic, have a positive attitude and a passion for working with children.
- Excellent communication both written and verbal.
- An understanding of Nursery safeguarding policies and procedures

**Experience**:

- Childcare in an Educational setting: 1 year (preferred)
- Nursery Team Leader: 1 year (preferred)
