**This is a part time role - Mon to Fri 9.30am-2.30pm**

**Admin support/ Progress Chaser**
Sandicliffe are currently looking for someone to support their well-established and successful sales team with associated admin and chasing progress on customer orders.
You will be an organised and structured person with a great, professional phone manner as some of what you will do will be by phone and/or electronic communication. Information gathering and the ability to follow a set process in also fundamental to the success of the role.

Alongside your “customer first”, “can-do” attitude, you will maximise productivity for the sales department, help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. You will have unwavering energy and strive to hit all deadlines. Passion for the delivery of incredible customer service needs to be evident in everything you do.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Great communication & organisational skills
- Ability to work well on your own initiative
- The ability to understand the need to deliver customer excellence
- A good standard of verbal, written (English) and numerical reasoning
- Computer literacy - Word, Excel, Outlook etc
- A keen eye for detail
