**CHILDRENS RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT WORKER - TRAINEE**

**_Salary £9.50ph - £12ph for bank holidays - £35 per sleep in_**

**_Fulbridge Social Care_** are recruiting compassionate and outgoing individuals to work with young people in residential home settings. Our sole purpose is to support and care for young people aged between 8-17, who may have been through some early life trauma and as a result can display challenging behaviours and social and emotional difficulties. You will endeavour in making them always feel comfortable and safe.

**Some responsibilities may include**:

- Driving to and from activities, appointments etc.
- Household duties including cooking and cleaning.
- Promoting and encouraging personal care.
- Teaching basic life skills.
- Support in the community and/or education.
- Maintain high standards of care at all times.
- Following all policies and procedures.

**What we offer**:

- Temp to perm possibilities.
- **Casual working can be utilised as an additional income, weekend job, to compliment your studies or for many of our team, can be used to obtain full-time position in the very near future. We have an array of hours and shifts available.**_

Shift patterns that are available Mon - Sun: 7:30am-4pm (selected locations), 8am - 11pm, 3:30pm - 11pm, sleep ins and waking nights.

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £9.50-£12.00 per hour
