**Salary**: £21,986 to £23,275 plus overtime when needed at time and half.
Hour of Work : 0800 - 1600 while training and then you need to be available for 2 shifts which will be two shift alternating 06.00am-14.00pm and 10.00am-18.00pm
Company Benefits: 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays. Overtime required as and when needed. Time and half paid, Free onsite parking.

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Stock Controller for a busy organization who are in Brierley Hill, you will need to have excellent attention to detail and be able to do the hours required.
Main Purpose of the Role
To ensure, (by effective use of the computerised stock management system) the accurate and timely processing of stock receipts and deliveries in accordance with customer and operational requirements.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Ensuring the accuracy of all data processed.
- Liaising and collaborating with the operational staff and customers to ensure that good communications and service levels are maintained.
- Consulting with drivers and third parties in relation to deliveries, data, and queries.
- Maintain excellent standards of housekeeping to the levels required for the company and their customers.
- Manage the Purchase Invoice function which includes; checking and filing purchase invoices, accurate entering of invoices onto the accounts system, processing of supplier cost re-charges, chasing credits for mis-supply.
- General office duties including filing, faxing, post, desktop management and other general administrative duties.
- Responsibility as main point of contact for a number of accounts but also able to provide stock information for all accounts.
- Data & reports accurately reflect stock movements and reports produced to required deadline of customers/management team.
- Effective and efficient cross-functional communication is evidenced and customers are satisfied with service.
- Standards of service and accuracy are maintained and queries dealt with effectively, highlighting any issues to line.
- Clear desk policy with workstation and work area to meet the standards of any internal/external housekeeping inspection at any time.
- Purchase Invoice function operated in accordance with requirements.
- No backlog of general administrative duties, information is stored and retrieved efficiently.
- Customers satisfied with responsiveness of the Stock Office function and the quality of communication.
- In agreement with the Site Manager you will provide cover.
- Service standards are maintained during periods of absence.
**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES**
- Good people skills
- Ability to present a professional approach to all visitors, drivers, third parties to site IT literate, specifically Word/Excel
- Numerate, good attention to detail, previous stock control or related experience desirable A 'can do' attitude, flexible team player with ability to cover early/late shift as required.
