**Commercial Operations Director, Bournemouth, £84,600**

As the **Commercial Operations Director** of an expanding technology provider, you'll be **responsible** for c120 people based onsite and working in the field across several **critical functions** which include, customer installations, service provisioning, technical support & customer service, logistics and network billing. You'll **oversee the daily operations of the company**and deliver **transformational process improvement.**

The **Commercial Operations Director**position reports into the Managing Director and is available as a result of an internal promotion. **As the **Commercial Operations Director** you'll**:

- **Lead, coach and develop** your teams and implement appropriate rewards / recognitions.
- Develop industry **leading processes and practices** to ensure business optimisation is realised and efficiencies gained.
- Create and execute plans to achieve **financial goals** & agreed **KPI & P&L**:

- Ensure that the Company runs with **legally and compliantly.**:

- Asses new products and services and help bring them to market.
- Be responsible for driving a consistent **Customer centric approach** to all processes

As the **Commercial Operations Director** you'll be a strong leader of people who fits with the **'coaching/supporting' style of leadership** currently working in a similar Operations Director or equivalent position, with proven track record of running operationally solid, fast-growing businesses.

**In addition, you'll also have**:

- Demonstrable experience in **call centre operations is essential**:

- Practical Experience in working with **Lean (Six Sigma) / Kaizen methodologies**:

- Working knowledge of **data analysis** and **performance/operation metrics**:

- Strong decision making, action planning and prioritisation skills
- Commitment to provide the highest level of support and a quality service
